Britney’s career has spanned storytelling, strategy, and technology — beginning as a multimedia journalist, evolving into a decade-long journey of building and scaling digital products from concept to traction.
As Director of Product & Strategy for Ava DuVernay’s award-winning media collective ARRAY, Britney led the launch of ARRAY CREW, a Webby Award–winning workforce equity platform designed to advance inclusive hiring across the entertainment industry.
With deep experience across pre-seed to Series B startups, Britney specializes in guiding early-stage companies from concept to traction — building the foundation for scale. Her expertise sits at the intersection of product management, marketing, and business strategy, helping founders bring powerful ideas to life through thoughtful execution.
She founded The Impact Firm (TIF) in 2019 to help startups launch and grow B2B2C marketplaces, consumer products, and SaaS platforms applying her 0→1 leadership to address complex challenges in various industries through digital innovation.
